I just bought a condo here at black bear, I’ve been here for 3 days and feel right at home, you never really know if your making the right move until you get a chance to digest a bit .. I made the right move. Love it here.
I have rented for 2 Winters there and the room was 4 Stars but I have to give them 5 stars because of the Customer Service. Dawn at the Front Desk was very aware of details and very accommodative with my needs. Chris was the first person I met there and She was just like Dawn. Everyone else was like Chris and Dawn, Very Accommodating and willing to help anyone at anytime!
The “rooms” you stay in are owned & decorated by families & then rented out through the resort. Kind of like a time share. The accommodations were ok. Good for families
