Located in the Waterville Valley region of the White Mountain Forest, the Black Bear Lodge is an “all Condo” hotel featuring uniquely designed units all individually owned and appointed. Many may have a “Welcome” letter from the actual owner or a sign-in “Guest Book” to log your adventures that day.
Each room offers a rare opportunity to experience the exclusive taste its Owner has selected; be it contemporary, rustic or upscale/modern. The vast majority of our condo units are updated and have the distinguished classification as “Deluxe”. A few other units, being considerably smaller, are designated as “Superior”.
