Dawn’s Diary 7-15-26

Summer in the Valley is simply amazing! Between all the water activities, family fun, and adventures around every corner, we’ve got your summer fun dialed in-and it just keeps getting better!

Thursday gives you plenty of choices. Enjoy a fun-filled Family Movie Night, The Parent Trap, followed by some games in Waterville Alley, or gather your friends and head over to The Loft for Dart Night. No matter what you choose, you’re in for a great evening.

Friday is perfect for soaking up everything summer has to offer. Relax on the beach, rent a paddleboard, or pedal boat, hop on a bike, and explore the Valley or get started on all those 4k footers right here a few steps away. As the day winds down, head to Town Square for some live music, then gather around the campfire to make some delicious smores under the evening sky.

Saturday begins with a beautiful, guided hike through Waterville Valley. Later, make your way back to Town Square for more fantastic live music before enjoying dinner at one of the Valley’s wonderful restaurants. If you finish early enough, challenge the family or friends to a few lawn games before settling in around another cozy campfire.

Sunday begins with on my favorite Valley traditions-a scenic ride up snow’s Mountain for breathtaking views of Waterville valley while enjoying a peaceful, non-denominational mountaintop service. On your way back, stop in town Square for breakfast and take a few moments to relax by the beautiful Corcoran’s Pond.

After breakfast, don’t miss this week’s animal Encounters presentation, “Animals with Bad Reps.” Then grab something white and join the always-popular tie-dye fun in Town Square!

And if you’re one of the cool kids who decided to stay an extra night (great choice!), wrap up your weekend at The Loft for Bingo Night. Trust me-it’s always a blast!
